Site Visit
We will develop the design of the project through a site visit, floor plans, and photographs, as well as ensure that we understand all factors such as ceiling heights, window heights,lintel levels, or any structural requirements. Following this procedure, we will give a proposal to the client that encloses the brief as we understand it, with an estimated budget.

Space Planning
Considering all the factors, the projects are then conceptualised and developed by us. With the goal of creating spaces that combine traditional design aesthetics with modern
functionality, Enclosing the detailed brief, we will deliver the concept designs, consisting of 2D drawings, mood boards and proposed furniture layout.

Mood Board
This stage is going to be the most interactive and interesting stage, which helps clients to share knowledge about the materials and colour palettes. We interact with our clients to make them understand the finishes and maintenance of materials as much as possible so that they are in the correct guidance.

Detail Drawings
We move on to the design development and detail design stages after considering all of the concept designs. We develop 2D AutoCAD drawings based upon the measurements taken
during the site visits. This stage helps the client to understand the furniture proportions according to the scale. At this stage, we will also present the detailed estimation.

Realization
This stage is going to bring all the “dreams come true moments”. This stage of work will bring all visual works to life. The work will be scheduled, outlined and agreed upon. With all onsite requirements met, work will commence and our project coordinators, site engineers,
and designers will attend regular site meetings to ensure our designs are being carried out to their exact specifications and that the project is progressing as planned. We will keep the client updated throughout, as well as oversee the glitch during the glitch period, allowing our
client to enjoy their property with peace of mind.
